Twizzle Bags are high quality products that ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a 6 months warranty on our bags. For any manufacturing defects (loose stitching, zipper pull breaks, zipper slider wears out, buckle and other accessory defects) within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees.

Should there be any other manufacturing defects that are not mentioned above within the warranty period, feel free to contact us at sales@twizzle.com.au We will attend to your queries/issues within 1 - 2 working days.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

We work hard to ensure all our products are in quality condition. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email: sales@twizzle.com.au

If the item(s) is faulty we will offer a repair or replacement, subject to availability. In the case that we are not able to provide either of those, we will gladly issue a full refund for the item(s). However, Postage isn’t refunded for change of mind return and exchange.

 

How does it work?
1.Securely pack your merchandise together with your proof of purchase in a box/parcel with a label printed "REPAIR". 
2. Deliver the item(s) to the address below:

Kindly note: 
  • Shipping cost for repairs will not be covered by Twizzle.
  • We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details. Please contact us sales@twizzle.com.au to discuss about shipping options prior.
  • Delivery of goods is not liable to Twizzle should there be any losses or damage during delivery. 
  • Repairs will take 14 - 20 business days after we have received the parcel.
